Arab Primes does not offer refunds. Instead, they provide a replacement under specific conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective or physically damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Non-Functioning Products: If the product is not functioning properly, the issue should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product Mismatch: If the product differs from what was shown on the website, the discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Note: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals intact.

❌ Non-Eligible for Replacement

Replacement will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with the look or sound quality of a defect-free product.

  • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Damage caused by electrical surges or misuse by the customer.
